Gail Beesley was born in Regina Saskatchewan and has continued to live there all her life. She is married and enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren. Gail began painting watercolours in the fall of 1985. She has taken lessons from Ann Hunter, Ursey Stepan, Sharlene Dee Staufer, Bridgette Schreyer and Jack Reid. Gail enjoys paintings watercolours because of the way the paint mixes and flows. It has also caused her to have a greater appreciation of God’s creation and to bring a small part of it indoors for people to enjoy all year long. Gail is a member of the Prairie Artists Guild and Art Gallery of Regina.
